This property is very neat and clean and location is very peaceful, very good garden area and valley view for photography and also nearby market area but food options in the restaurant of hotel is very limited however so many Food options are available nearby hotel. All outseeing locations are nearby. I will recommend everyone to stay here whenever they visit Munnar.
The hotel is very neat and clean and location is very peaceful and also nearby market area and food in the restaurant of hotel is very tasty and hygienic and Chef Kumar makes very tasty food and he is very welcoming in nature. Rooms & Toilets are simple, neat & clean. Hot water available 4 hrs in morning & evening. Staffs are friendly. Price are little bit high. Restaurant facilities not happy (Taste, quantity, price)
Room is neat and I liked the wash room. But the price seemed pretty high for a simple room. It seemed like an old room renovated. The hotel is centrally placed and they have a good garden.The staff were not well trained, ringing the bell and trying to barge inside at the same time. But they readily supplied extra pillow and drinking water( which smelt so bad that I threw it out). Hot water us limited. So is the parking space
Food quality is great. Needs more from the service of restaurant. Would be better if staffs keep an eye on the table after a guest leaves after food.

Lovely little place to have breakfast for 300 rupees after a long hard bus journey with little sleep. Very welcoming staff, allowed us to sit in the lounge and recharge. Breakfast was nice, loved the bhatura.
