Royal Palace Hotel - Hotel in sontula, Bongara - Kamrup, India

Overall experience is very Bad... Rooms are very dirty ,not maintained at all.. Washroom is very dirty , Ac is not on working condition, very badly maintained. Hotel staff is very un cooperative . Whatever you will ask , they will say no at first ,even when asked for RO Or purified water , they said it is not for the guests ,Guest need to purchase mineral water bottle. Basic service is lacking from the entire staff and rooms need maintenance as well. Suggesting not to visit this place , easily you will be able to find good stay near to this place

Decent working staff. Management is good. Service is good. Rooms are pretty clean n well maintained. Food is good. Rooms have both Air Conditioned and without Air Conditioned. Ample parking space.

This hotel is located on the way Bijoynagar city to Guwahati. I stayed one night in the hotel room no208. The rooms are look like old. The bedsheets were not clean. Even though the AC was on, it was not cooling. The toilet flush was not working. The bathroom was not clean. The geyser was working but there was no hot water. I will not recommend you to stay here.

Staff and services are very good but the food is not that great !! Common washroom for the restaurant is not clean and hygienic at all , They should lot after the cleanings ! Overall it was a not very bad experience for me !

It was my sister's engagement, they provided us a AC Hall for the ceremony. Although the two split ACs couldn't maintain the temperature, may be no of guests was one of the reasons. Adequate space for fooding facility. Food was good and so was the services.
