This is one of the best hotel I visited the staffs very professional polite and friendly. Too many varieties for breakfast it's also a good thing as well as the service of the staff is very quick. Rooms are neet and clean and the location is also nice. We love to visit again and recommended to others as well.

I recently had an amazing experience at a hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the amenities were top-notch. The food was delicious and the location was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay and I truly appreciate it. I will definitely be back!

Stayed here for three days. I had two meals as part of my package. The food was really good and the service was also courteous. Appreciate the chef and team for the effort that goes into ensuring a different menu everyday and providing tasty food. The rooms are also super spacious and the attached balcony was a major attraction. Loved the stay and will definitely return.

The front desk reception are too slow. We were kept waiting for 1.5 hours waiting saying that rooms are not ready as guests have not checked out, even after reaching on time. They should start charging extra on hourly basis for such guests as this causes inconvinience.We travelled with 3 month old baby and had to be kept waiting. The taste of food was good but process were too high. We called at restaurant to order but the number was busy all the time. We informed reception they said they will inform the restaurant but nobody called. Rooms are spacious with appliances such as 2 tv(in delux suite) , refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, kettle. Rooms have balcony as well.The only plus point of the hotel are the rooms. However they are lotle dusrya even after daily cleaning.

I regret to convey my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Royal Orchid Golden Suites in Pune. While I had initially anticipated a pleasant experience, the reality fell significantly short of my expectations, primarily due to the service-related issues encountered during my stay. Upon check-out, my family and I were subjected to an unpleasant incident. We were falsely accused of having consumed a packet of pistachios from the mini bar, which was priced at Rs. 200. To exacerbate matters, the manager on duty at 5 a.m. on the morning of October 2nd, 2023, handled the situation poorly. Despite our protestations of innocence, he persisted in his accusations without presenting any concrete evidence that the packet was indeed present in the minibar to begin with. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was disheartening. Additionally, the housekeeping services left much to be desired. When we requested an adequate supply of bottled water and bath towels for three guests, we were left waiting for an unreasonably protracted period of two hours. Such delays in fulfilling basic guest requests are inexcusable in a hospitality establishment of this caliber. I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction to the extent that, were it possible, I would assign this establishment a rating of zero stars. While the Royal Orchid Golden Suites may appear to offer a competitive value for one's money, the actual experience of staying at this hotel has the potential to devolve into a thoroughly disappointing ordeal. In conclusion, I strongly urge the management to investigate the behavior of the manager on duty during my stay on the morning of October 2nd, 2023, at 5 a.m. His arrogant and accusatory conduct tarnished the reputation of your establishment and marred what should have been a seamless guest experience. It is my sincere hope that these concerns are addressed promptly to prevent future guests from enduring a similar ordeal.

I had a very pleasant experience staying at Royal Orchid Golden Suites in Pune.I stayed there for 3 days. The hotel's prime location, spacious, well-maintained rooms and quality service matched my expectations. One thing was really irritating and that is the key. Every time I had to recharge it from the reception and the frequency was very frequent.

I stayed here in June 2023. So I checked in around 9:30pm. The person at the front desk, the night manager was not at all courteous and seemed quite rude. It is expected from a hotel that somebody from the staff will show you your room but there wasn't anyone for that. I had mentioned a room at a higher floor and from the entry form it was visible that initially a higher floor was allotted to me which was manually cut and changed to a room on the 4th floor. When I asked about it, the night manager rudely said that there aren't any rooms available. Even in the morning when I called to ask for Toiletries, it took 3 calls and nearly 20 minutes to get them. No complaints about the room as it was quite spacious.

A good stay near the airport in Pune. The rooms are clear and the services are well maintained. Spacious rooms. The location is quiet and peaceful. One of the good places to chill nearby would be Toid. Would recommend this hotel based on current experience.
