I would strongly advise against consulting Dr. Naseer for pediatric care. They lack proper knowledge of appropriate medications, as they prescribed Dollo 650 and Meftal to my 4-year-old and 2-year-old daughters. Moreover, their ability to diagnose symptoms accurately is questionable. Thankfully, my family sought another doctor's opinion just two days after administering those medicines.
Very bad service Soo poor staff nurses , irrespective and irresponsible staff. Even No patience to listen the phone calls and fighting with the customers of the Hospital. Soo arrogant and arguing. Uneducated staffs. Soooo pooor. Please set a fan into ur hospital To be frank its very very bad customer relation ship Really disappointed with the customer service. Dr. Venugopal is a very good doctor. Humble and very supportive. However the hospital (maybe including him) does not respect patient's time. They never commit to the time slot given to patient nor inform them about delay. They don't seem to give any value for people's time nor the inconvenience of waiting. For example while booking they will tell you to come at 7:30am or 9am. Doctor will be minimum 2-3 hours late. This has happened to us 4 times at least. They expect pregnant ladies to sit and keep waiting. I understand he's a busy doctor and may have emergency cases propping up. But that doesn't mean he can take patients for granted. I urge the doctor / hospital to implement a system where you can communicate Doctor's delay well before hand so that people don't have to waste their time or go through this inconvenience. Maybe an sms or call. Thanks.
