Royal Indus - a boutique hotel..... - Serviced accommodation in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

I had an outstanding experience at Royal Indus during my sister's marriage. The accommodation was impeccable, the ambiance was delightful, and their service was exceptional. The staff was available 24/7, promptly attending to all my calls. They ensured that all the guests at my sister's wedding received every service they needed. I highly recommend Royal Indus for their top-notch hospitality.Every rupee spent at Royal Indus was truly worth it.

It was a pleasant stay. However room tariff should have been little cheaper as no complementary breakfast/ dinner is available. Even no restaurant facility available. Behaviour of young energetic entrepreneur is very cordial & supportive.

I had stayed at this hotel in december near Christmas and i have only wonderful comments about my stay there. I was staying at Tambaram for attending an exam which was spanned over 4 days. I checked in and stayed there alone all these days. I especially wished to write this review as the hotel staff being all males and with very few rooms occupied at the time, they ensured i was comfortable and safe during my stay, without any kind of unnecessary interference or disturbances at any time. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. The bathrooms were clean and well equipped with a constant supply of hot water. Their cleaning services were prompt and adequate. Despite, not having an attached restaurant, they ensured that I got all my meals served to my room. To relieve me of my exam stress, they ensured i got enough coffee and snacks from time to time. Food or other essentials ordered from outside was also delivered to my room promptly by the hotel staff.I felt they were extra careful to guarantee i was unharmed and comfortable during the stay as i was alone. I was precautious about staying alone in a hotel for the first time and really stressed about the exams. But after day 2, i realised my fears were irrelevant owing to the treatment I received. Therefore, i would like to give special mention about this hotel to all my lady friends. Big credits to safety and comfort. The only drawback that i could notice was limited parking space.

The room was very comfy and feasible attitude. Good service.. just the accommodation also added to sweetnothings memories....

Rooms are different... Gave a different kind of vibe .. Cleanliness Is Awesome the rooms were very clean.. Only thing is no restaurant facility.. You should get Food From Outside... And Also Room Service is available if you want food and other snacks... One of the peaceful and best hotel to stay 4/5

The hotel is very clean, all the appliances are new and working properly. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are proper size and they even have a place with a table and chairs to have tea or meal. The stuff was very attentive, the owner of the hotel had been around most of the time taking care of us, a European group. He even arranged me a taxi ride to the airport at 3 in the morning making sure I got there safely.

Rooms are good. Food to be taken from outside. Of course good veg and non veg hotels are at walkable distance

I was stay in single room two days. Feel good. Room service people very kind. The hotel is very clean, all the appliances are new and working properly. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are proper size.
