Great Option for fitness lovers staying in & around Kagal Nagar & Sonari area in budget. Excellent location. There is no such parking problem out side the gym. It opens from 5:30 am to 9:30 am & from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm in week days & till 7:30 pm in Saturday. Sunday it remains closed. Sufficient equipments for beginners. They offer separate work our area for male & female. They have gym facility for males at ground floor & for females at 1st floor of same building. Hence best option for couples. Instructors are experienced but it depends upon you, how much you extract from them. Space wise become bit clumsy during pic hours, still it is manageable considering the membership fee.
Very good air conditioned gym with good equipments targeting wide range of compound and isolate training of the muscles. The environment and the vibe is good with regular guiding by the trainer.
The training fee is reasonable with Rs1300(admission+first month) and Rs700 for consecutive months.
I am having a good experience and the vibe is also nice that helps in motivation. Availability of equipments is there and is quite spacious.
The gym is good .Almost all the machines are available and working. There is a separate room for Cardio and separate for rest body exercises machines. There are two people one is the owner who is friendly and will help you whenever you need ,one more boy is also there to help out...There is no personal trainer as such...

This gym has more equipment than I have seen at any other gym(I have seen 4 in Tata) Some are split, using different bars for right and left sides, so u can't cheat and use your dominant side to lift the weight. By the time u get thru three sets of 10 reps on each machine, wow, are you done!
The trainer, Pradyut Sir, is fabulous. He guides new recruits through the paces. He seems to have selected the equipment for max results himself and is pretty scientific about his work.
He demonstrates each exercise so well you can't help but mirror him.
The gym is air conditioned.
It has separate cardio and strength training rooms.
