Good views and decent rooms, but very poor attitude from staff. Swimming pool was not clean and had less water, when we asked, the response was 'we have a high number of guests now, so we're not filling the pool', which I believe is stupid. People book their resort to use the pool facing the backwaters, and this is how they respond. We did not have water in the room throughout the night. Although they fixed it within 10 minutes of informing, it was a very bad experience starting your new year with no water to flush down your new year celebrations.

Good Room & Nice ambiance but outdoor and pool were not maintained. Resort staff was very friendly and helpful. Suitable for bachelors and family.

The location was easy to access. The view was breath taking. Room where very spacious and hygienic. Resort staff was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend Doves vacation for every family who is planning for a nice weekend or a holiday.

Decent stay for a decent price; Suitable for bachelors and family as well, just beside the lake , one can enjoy beautiful sunset, enjoying beautiful wind as well. Rooms were also pretty decent, will recommend for a budget stay preferred family as well as friends/bachelors ample car parking space as well Regarding Food - Never tried,, so havent reviewed in that regard

I had a wonderful experience at the Doves Royal Gold Field Club Resort Kumarakom. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you Doves Vacations for Will recommend to everyone

Location and food were good but rooms and pool were not so well maintained.We faced water shortage at night which was a very bad experience.

We arranged a small get together there. We were a group of 12. booked 3 rooms which they named as suites. Actually rooms were too small. No toileteries were provided. Towels were available only on request. A kettle was delivered only after repeated requests. No services was available. Pool was a shallow pool. 3 rooms were charged 16000 for s night. Not at all worthy for the price. No complimentary breakfast. Manager was cooperative. As we all have travelled and stayed in many other hotels, this resort is not at all worthy for the booking cost.

Very good experience from Doves vacations kochi. I took a membership from Doves vacations cochin office and hence planned our first vacations to Kumarakam... Doves vacations kochi team helped a lot for the planning.It was a 2 night vacations.My family enjoyed a lot.The staffs are so friendly and the room provided was neat and hygiene.Food they provided was very good and tastey..Overall, i am satisfied with the service and hospitality provided by Doves vacations Thankyou
