THE SERVICE IS VERY VERY BAD ,HAVING VARY UN PROFATIONAL MECHANICS.BEWARE OF THAT IF YOU HAVE SERVICING AT THIS RAHUL RE SERVICE CENTERE PLS THINK ABOUT IT, THEY WILL SAY THEY KNOW EVERY THING,BUT LITERALLY CRUSH YOUR BIKE FROM NEW TO A SECOND HAND BIKE, IF YOU HAVE NEW BIKE SERVICING THEN DONT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTERE, IF YOU HAVE OLD THEN ITS YOUR CHOISE. When I purchased my bike, the bike run in good condition , but after immediate 1st servicing the back tyre make rough sound, I mentioned in 2nd servicing, they rough the disc plate in floor and told that it is gone , but after servicing when I start my bike still the sound came, they said that it will be gone slowly. In that's servicing,as I did not ride more for the rough sound and service time has come I did not reach the KM .As I ride my pulsur which comfortable as compare to RE due to sound. They automatically generated the job card for 3re servicing and after that massage came that my bike was serviced, where as I went there after 3 days to showroom, when I reach there I complain for the same rough sound, and the mechanic asked me from which part the sound has come, where as its the mechanic should tell from where the sound come from. After that they said you should change your rear break part and disc plate of rear ,the sound will not come. I paid for this part, when I asked for bill and service voucher, they said we already done your service 3 day before ,so they are unable give the bill, After all the servicing done , After service wash they handed me my bike but still the sound came more, and they said you should change your chain sprocket because It is bend now and they said in 1st service some new mechanic has not set the screw properly , you change in 4th servicing. Dear RE automobile as you deliver best bike ,if you deliver best after sales service then there is smile and proud will be there in every customer that they buy the RE. My RE is now in off because I love to ride the other bike instead of listening the sound of RE. And its all because of you RAUL AUTOMOBILE, NAYGARH bad service. I hate RE because of you. I know this massage mean nothing to you, because I am a single customer of RE. But still I write this because I want to show you the mirror ,which you can't hide from yourself.

I visited the showroom..I am really very impressed with the store placements and also the sales people cooperation. Well behaved and so polite. Thank you.

Show room is nearest from nayagarh.Staff also good and well behaved.

The most worst showroom in India.. I'm from nayagarh n I am saying that. The service was very bad. Staff technician don't know anything. Simply they are wasting the customer time. The lunch hour is more than 2 hour. Very bad .

In that showroom the fitting will be perfect.

Showroom staff behaviour is so nice. They help to know details about vehicle deeply.
