I have bought my Hunter 350 one month ago. When I approach the showroom for get delivery of my bike there is no person to handle the customer. Loan Department person do all the process and worker of showroom had give me a key of bike. Too much disgusting. After one month I haven't get Number Plat and I also haven't get my service book. Too much worst experience. Please go for another showroom guys. This showroom doesn't deserve any type of customers.

Worst place for bike purchasing, very rude staff, My send a loan money to them but they still saying we have no idea. Never go there for purchase.

I have share my recently experience with Royal Enfield Showroom - Purav Automobiles is mismanagement so i have recommendation you buy new bike another showroom don't buy with Purav Automobiles. Staff has no value for customer. selling Department is very bad behavior and the to much ego. no reply customer query and not giving satisfaction customer friendly answer. once you have pay full payment then don't giving good answer and very bad selling Department behavior and much much ego. I heartly recommendation to all my friend don't buy new bike with Royal Enfield Showroom - Purav Automobiles and don't use service center.

I regret my decision to buy my Bike from this outlet. Worst Place to Buy RE Bikes, Rude & Worst Management Staff, Its like they do not care about anything , Even Government Department provides better service that this outlet., Manager acts like he did not care about customer at all, I had to visit shop 4 times just for service book and When I complained about this , Manager have audacity to say "You get your service book, what is problem now ?" , did not care that it was my 4th visit for same issue. So in short, if you have time to waste , than purchase bike from this outlet. & If you value your time , choose other outlet.

Royal Enfield is Royal Bike but dealer and Purav Automobiles showroom is not provide royal service that's provide THIRD CLASS Service and not any management don't understand customer query so much waiting after solve query. boss and manager both don't understand customer value and customer time. LIKE: AS is the boss so is the team member. So don't buy with Purav Automobiles.
