People who work there will receive the customers. I loved it, it helped me go right into the discussion of what I needed. Update: after payment is done. No one cares for the bike to deliver on time. They prepare the bike in front of us, like cleaning the dust for years maybe washing it(image for reference) Accessories were not added. Absolutely gutted by the delivery experience. Update #2: Asked the sales person about the registration number. Didn't respond for 2 days. I went to the showroom by myself anyway. Guess what it's sitting there, no one mentioned it to me. After reaching there, they said no staff were present to install the plates. #wonderful service by sales rep!

The 90 min service here, which was put on a big board is a JOKE I arrived here at 8.30 AM and I'm numbered 10th. My bike was taken inside at 11.30, three hours later literally, in there I can see the service guy through the glass, he opened up the bike and was not at the bike for 30 mins or so. At 1 they left for lunch. At 1.30 again the guy working on my bike came up and sat in front of me until 2.05 and watched memes on YouTube. At 2.15 they put up for washing and the guy who's supposed to Wash didn't show up for another 30 mins I suggest going to another RE service center is better, literally any other would've been better..

It's a better service center than most of the service center in Hyderabad. Chinnababu was my Service advisor and he listened to my all needs and requirements for the 3rd free service of RE Hunter 350. I would definitely recommend him. 08/11/2023 Today once again I visited this service center. This time to change my lockset for Hunter 350 as the other key was lost. Everytime I visit the service center, Service advisor "Chinnababu" greets with a smile and takes care of the issue. As a bike lover and car enthusiasts I would I highly recommend SA like him all across the RE service center. I was not knowing him 1 month back also but now with his attitude and the way he handles and greet customers I would definitely recommend him. Thanks Chinnababu and Paul for great job done.
