I went for a carburettor change. It was done quickly, but they missed one of the bolts, which is located near the replacement part. Their focus was solely on this one issue; if any other problems were present, they didn't seem to care. They need to improve significantly in terms of handling basic aspects. , it's not first time , happen like this previous

31-may-23 I bought meteor 350 supernova blue from this Akan Agencies showroom (Arni). When the bike has arrived at showroom i went there to check the physical condition of the bike, there i found a issue with the rear wheel and the mudguard. Rear mudguard was little bend i asked them to correct it, they said we will correct it and will give it to you. Few days before the delivery I asked them to complete the PDI they said we will complete the PDI and we will do the water wash then only we will deliver the bike to you. But on the delivery day when i went there to take delivery, they did not complete the PDI, they did not do the water wash the main thing is they did not correct the mudguard bend also bike was so dusty and they did not even fix the wind shield before the delivery. I was so disappointed I forced them to fix the wind shield and give it to me. The sales person is worst he don't respond to your questions or any queries, sales persons are having less knowledge about the bikes you don't get the proper details from them. Issues I faced with the Akan Agencies showroom Arni is., 1. Sales person is irresponsible. 2.After i took delivery i check the air pressure it was front - 22 Rear - 24. They did not even check the tyre pressure before delivery. 3.They did not fix the Wind shield on the bike, I forced them to fix it. 4. Rear wheel and mudguard alignment issue while delivering it to me. 5. Bike was so dusty while delivering it to me. 6.Left side mirror was shaking where right side mirror is perfect It should be corrected. My personal suggestion to you. If you are planning to buy any RE bikes don't buy it from Akan Agencies Arni its better to buy it from somewhere else. Thank you.
