I am from Kolkata. On my way to Nepal came here. Excellent management service and professionalism. It's a holiday still they helped me fix my bikes problem. Highly recommended. Specially Wajid was extremely helpful

Nice service center, genuine RE parts and experienced and well behaved staff.. A good experience overall.

Good service and clean environment

Very less crowd, Good behavior of staff and timely delivery of bikes. But the downsides are 1.they always running short of the spares. When you ask for any spare parts,they will simply say now it is not in the stock and will call you when stocks come and you never get a call. 2.while billing they ask for exact change of money. Means if you have 500 rs note, they will be unable to bill it. 3.when i ask for a bill they just given a bill hand written in a paper which is totally disappointing. 4.security guards always ask for tip, i don't know why and what is the role of that guard in bike servicing. Overall experience was very unprofessional.

Can't trust the worker of royal enfield service center, They are using duplicate parts , in place of (RE). After giving bad review they were misbehaving with customers, all are lazy about their work, not keeping all the necessary parts of (RE).And If available then still they will not give , don't know why. They will be saying like all the parts are not made by RE. After doing argument they provided real parts (RE). And also they were suggesting people of giving good reviews, really is it their work , and if I I not satisfied with your service then they were misbehaving with me, not toleratable

Was a good experience the staff is super nice and they do their work in a proffesional way ..... Overall i was happy with the service
