Royal Enfield Service Center - Two Wheeler Repair Shop in Vatakara - Kozhikode, India

Had to stop there during long ride due to missing in my bullet. Technicians inspected my bullet and informed me about the issues they found. The staff were friendly and updated me about all the process time to time while I waited in the customer lounge and made sure the bullet is in condition. Just that had to wait entire afternoon for the process to be completed, while I have seen in some other service centres that priority to repair vehicle is given for long riders.

I brought in my 1 year old meteor ( mh reg ) for 3rd service since I am in kerala. It was the biggest mistake of my life. The bike had its engine light on after service and now within a week its speedo is dead and abs & engine lights are on and the mechanic says they cannot service the vehicle since there is a lot of pending vehicles in the service center. Pathetic service.. I had met a few other bike owners who had visited the premise. Almost everyone is disappointed with their service. Pls take your vehicle elsewhere.

Not at all good. Not even eligible for single star. 3 times I went there to solve a minor problem. But they couldn't. Don't waste your time and money here.

Bad customer service wouldn't take responsibility for their own mistakes

Bad customer service, no waiting lounge and makes the customer waiting for long standing outside of the gate. The repair work is not so fast and good also..

Waste of Money. This Service center has no tool available.. A best mechanic should be with Best tools.. I went here thinking he will do justice his work and experience but disappointed seeing bill for total service. Not recomended for Full service.. Small works like Break adjustment, lights, clutch cable etc can be given..
