Worst society ever......no proper maintenance, useless guard, water problems, electricity issue.....non the less....waste of money if any investments made here..... consider shifting else where
Yet a good society calm and quiet place to live in.Quite accessible to the weekly market, hospitals and other regular needs. Within society, its good but one disapointment is with the gym as its just for the owner not the tenants. As we are living here as our own home this is not expected.

I think design is so comfortable, parking lots are Very spacious, lifts and corridors are Very much clean but so expensive by rates if you thinks by outside area environment of that society
Good Society, Private n Common Parking available, 24hrs domestic water supply, CCTV enabled area, on walking distance from Nagar-Pune Highway. Hospital, College, Market are on walking distance.
This residential society has great connectivity to the national highway in Wagholi. Not very well maintained though. Moderate amenities.
