It was a great experience here ! The property location and the calmness of nature was just so soothing And I would like to stay here as many times as I will go to haridwar... And Aman joshi was so decent and helping here from the staff ! Happy to stay here
Rooms not maitained. Room no 601 Washroom lock was not workin and it got locked. Finaly we got it break open.
this hotel is not at all worth its price. the check in time is 12 and we called the property that we will check in around 12:30 pm but to our surprise we were told that there are no rooms available right now...so you better check in the evening. moreover the attitude of the staff was highly unprofessional. further after putting some pressure we were given twin beds and they provided TV in the room but the tata sky was not subscribed. there was no tea coffee maker which was later provided after much request. the balcony attached with the room seems as if never been cleaned. the food was pathetic. in buffet breakfast there were not more than 4 options and they were reluctant to serve you hot paranthas even after several requests. Total wastage of money. the property is located at a very distant location from the main city. it's an industrial area and being with family it's risky to travel there after dark.
It's located away 15 km from har ki paudi in a quite and green place. Staff is humble and professional. Rooms are clean
Very far from the Railway Station. Rooms are very nice. Its an apartment Hotel so induction and other utensils etc were also provided. Good place to stay.
Hotel is located inside Haridwar greens society in SIDCUL (industrial area). The rooms are ok but not good enough for the high pricing. The food and services are not very good.
