First of all thanks to # ROLF TEAM #. I was started my weight loss program from 15th Oct 2022, that time my weight is 89.9kg. As of now I had reduced 7KG till date. That too I had reduced in proper and natural way of excercise without any supplement. I would like to share few things about trainers, Trainer.Mr.Dhanapal really nice and kind person. He used to take care in all aspects. He trained me according to my body weight and guide me gradually from all basic things. Even a Small things he used to guide me. The thing which would not affect our feature health. (For example : he used to tell me don't lock your knee while walk, while step donwn, etc....) Then Trainer.Mr.karthi also nice person. He is also supporting continuosly. I had been with him for last 15days. He is also nice and kind person. He is also teaching good. Few things regarding gym hygienic. The gym were well maintained. Generally the gym had been groomed every day in morning at the same time equipment were enough for people who are doing workout. And it is well cleaned in hygienic manner.

First of all I like to thank trainer Mr.Dhanapal. He's training is to good. Last 25 days befor I joined this gym. Before my weight 81.2 now 78.3I am felling good now. I didn't follow any diet or something but weight loss is happened for me. Consistency is the key in this gym and trainer will give definitely and Excellent ambience and equipments also to good. I am highly recommend to this gym for weight loss and muscle gain. Keep rocking guy's all the best ROLF.
