This hotel is in a great location. Front view room we stayed had a spectacular view of ocean. It is also a walkable distance from the murdeswar temple.The hotel is not up to the hype. It needs lot of work.We got locked out in the balcony while viewing the ocean. The management needs to look into lock for the balcony door. The bathroom has no vent and looks old and rundown. Downstairs restaurant has a very good breakfast buffet. The staff was courteous.
This hotel is at the tip of the Murudeshwar beach, Very prime location if you are coming to this temple town to worship Lord Shiva. Temple and hotel is sharing the same campus, temple is at very much walkable distance. Balcony gives you a view of either sea or beach, evening you can watch the lovely sunset. We were here with family and we booked 2 rooms, though rooms were okay, they have given connected rooms and we liked it a lot as we need not to walk out to corridor to visit another room and it was corner one, so we got 3 balcony with beautiful view. Breakfast was having a fixed menu but taste was really good. My parents and kids enjoyed the breakfast very much. Staffs were helpful at restaurant. Overall it was a good stay.
The rooms in the guest house are really good and have a nice sea view. Absolutely easy access to the temple and their complimentary breakfast package is decent. We get to enjoy breakfast by the sea.
Rooms are average Sandesh at the front desk is perfectly HORRIBLE. Rude, disrespectful and discourteous to elderly if you choose to complain about the a/c not working. Since they are the monopoly here one has little choice but to stay here. To pay and get shouted at is just unacceptable. The other service staff are helpful unfortunately they can do only that much.
Good stay in the hotel. Food is good. Hotel is on higher price which they charged 4750 for one day which is too high. For the benefit of pilgrims they have to reduce it. Rooms were good but there is wall dampness in the rooms which they have to rectify.

Rooms are quite old. We stayed on the 4th floor and every day we could find the floor being Wet due to A/C. The walls have water sepage. The bathrooms are not well ventilated. I feel personally that they should renovate each floor. The only advantage this hotel has is location and sea view, else I wouldn't recommend you to stay here.
