Working out here gives you a motivation. The environment & Equipments are upto the standard. Having a In house Swimming pool, Steam bath, cardio section with cross fit training ang weight lifting on the upper deck gives you a complete package within a affordable price. The trainers are not upto mark, but still wothout a PT(Personal Trainer) in any gym, u will always be on ur own.
One of my biggest fears while buying gears online is what if it don't fit or look different. But instead I found this store near me. They let u try stuff on so you know it fits, also they've a nice payment option for costlier things you can't normally afford in one go. Visit this place instead of online
Swimming Training for Kids ---- Parents sending their kids for swimming training to SPECTRA, BEWARE..... This is all money making business, my 8 year old daughter had opted for GOLD program which is of 48 sessions, Until 44th session, my daughter was made to float and do the kicking, the coaches did not take effort to get my daughter to the next level and complete the freestyle training in spite of showing improvement in her early phases, There main motive is to ensure the customers are made to enroll again for new program and make money........So parents do not get into their trap... Lack of knowledge about the swimming training centers made me join SPECTRA
Worst experience unclean swimming pool and not maintained properly the sorrounding area of gym pool is very slippery and there was a gap where my child slipped and got a big cut in his leg they have not even kept first aid in gym for emergency
They are bluffing with name and brand. They are not at all associate with spectra fitness club and michael phelps swimming. False commitments and false information. That is why they are offering the services in very low price
