I admitted my mom for Angioplasty doctor manju gave a good treatment.. Staffs were good.. Nursing department was good.. Food was worst. And the disaster part was security they won't allow to see the patient. And we should have only one attender till the discharge. How it is possible. At least they should allow attender to change. If the patient goes for icu attender not allowed in the ward.but we are paying no. Security is worst

Dr Manjunath was very friendly and his professionalism towards his work is great. Thanks to him for treating my mother. Staff's are very friendly

The place where health is treated as business, the patient will be considered only after verifying your financial status if you are ready to pay then you are allowed to get in and get treated well,there is no proper space for attendees of patients, to stay they are taking huge amounts of money,they don't even let you come out of any sort of transport such as ambulance,taxi etc they decide whether you need to go inside or not before you get down from the vehicle itself Treatment for the patient will be good but the cost you pay would be high.....they charge huge amount be cautious about this one

Came to this hospital last week. Few pros:- 1.Treatment and care in ICU is good 2.Staffs are good in ICU 3.Security does his job. Few cons:- 1. Very bad waiting area for patients accompany. 2. No good food available in the hospital. 3. General ward and private ward is not clean. 4. Bad toilets. In detail:- 1. The waiting area is so poor. People who visit this hospital come from long distances and they have to stay here over night. Seriously so chill and mosquitos. And the condition of toilets we used are bad. 2. Damn food is not at all good inside the hospital and it's costly too. The food is focused for general people. It is spicy, salty, sweet sambar. . Milk is 10rs where you get 50/50 with water and the place is not clean 3. The securities in the general ward tend to chase everyone often in the name of cleaning the floor. Well I didn't see them cleaning at all. So irritating. 4. Why is coffee/tea/milk served in plastic covers . You know plastics are not good for hot items. I scolded the shop owner and demanded paper cup. He refused saying that it's only for people who drink here. And the doctors/staffs themselves carry in covers. Do they really know about the side effects of it?. Gosh many more say.. Better do first aid and go to Bangalore. That's it.. checkout the pics below

Even though my insurance is cashless and had a pre-approved treatment for Angiogram, I made the decision to discharge my father and took him to Bengaluru, I trusted my gut feeling and the visual condition of my father is looking better. The management lacks integrity. Trust the Top NH leadership looks into it. Anyways I will write to them in detail. Read the lowest reviews from others and connect dots. Thanks to the claims dept. They are very active.

Facilities and behaviour of the staff was very nice but we felt cost was little bit high except this everything was very nice
