We just stayed fr a day but we fed up with their entire workers. While entertaining itself watchman did a very bad welcome. We parked the car and went for check in. Watchman shouts on us like dont park the car pick ur bags and get in. First they done know how to behave. They dont have proper parking. Only three cars can accommodate underground. Other car should be parked back side that too on a building which is really tough to enter. NEXT when u try to contact for food the restaurant will never answer the call. Even i tried to contact reception they said u will get a call back soon but it never happened. I asked them whats happening y the restaurant person s not answering the call simply they replied sir they r busy on BAR. This s the way they reply to customers. Finally we tried to order milk for BABY around 9:30 they call back at 10:30. The worker replied sir it will take one hour to deliver is it fine? We cancelled the order. While check out the gates were closed we took our bags out by our self and waited on street for 20 min to open gate watchman went to kitchen. First 10 min i waited after that We can see the kitchen from outside and i called him but simply he replied ya ya coming. He came after 10 min.

it was excellent experience staying in RKN elite with good gesture and excellent room service and check out procedures was very pleasant handled by receptionist housekeeping and food service was on time. hotel is very close to all major view and sightseeing. if it's again pondicherry definitely I would like to stay in RKN elite, Goibibo has always directed the good hotel within a day before visit, fast booking and right selection under the budget.
This is totally a bad choice. This hotel group may have several hotels but that's not the big deal. The worst hotel I ever started. Untidy bed spreads and materials used. Beware of bed bugs. A lot really. Unable to sleep unless intoxed. Please avoid don't read the reviews and rating. Totally wrong. Really frustrated.
RKN was always my favourite, but this time out of 4 days 3 days was not happy since the smoke smell came from the next room through bath room. Many times complained to reception but no response. And food or tea also they take 40 mins to deliver . Ither wise its good
The location is good to access the city
One of worst hotels to stay. It's not a star hotel, but just a lodge. We stayed here in January, infrastructure is old, broken toilet, dirty rooms, broken doors with no lock. We had a worst day where there was water motor breakdown & literally no water for toilet & bath for almost day. They didn't even bother to get bucket of water for hours. It was a nasty day & not even worth to stay here. Please avoid.
