I had applied for my US visa in 2022 for my family of four with your employee, Bhaskar in the Guwahati branch. It's been more than one year since and there has been no progress of my application status. Added to this, he doesn't respond to my calls either. My relatives had applied through another travel agency and have gotten their appointments too. My application is still stuck. I'm really tired of constantly following up and this unresponsive and careless behaviour of your travel agency. I would like to withdraw my application from your agency and apply it through someone else. Kindly process my refund for the application and the application money. I am left with no other choice unfortunately, I had complained about him previously too but because of his persistent request, I decided to withdraw the complaint. Please look into the matter urgently. Hoping for a prompt action on this matter.

Worst travel agency from Guwahati. We went to Bali with a huge group and they made sure all the money is spent on buying stuff we don't need. They conducted one whole day tour on local factories where we were encouraged to buy stuff like jewellery clothes n woodwork. But they didn't have time to show us a single temple or Bali paddy fields as they were 'far away'. Made the itinerary as such that the whole expense was spend on the same North Indian food in the 'Queen' restaurants. When I asked r there no other restaurants the guide told me no when the whole of Bali is filled with Indian restaurant and also it's a Hindu majority state. The guide was rude and inconsiderate to anyone who questioned the tour. So all in all it was a good waste of our money. Thanks.
