Riveria Portico - Holiday home in Manjaly - Ernakulam, India

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this holiday property, and happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully maintained property. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The interior of the property was tastefully decorated, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and convenient. One of the highlights was the outdoor space, where I could relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Whether it was lounging by the pool or taking a leisurely walk in the garden, I felt completely rejuvenated. The property manager and staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. I also appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail, which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this holiday property to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can't wait to return for another visit. Positives: The place is really nice. The property is well maintained and they have ample space for organising outdoor events for a group of 20-30 people. Staff- courteous and cooperative. Negatives: Rooms are not that great. Food is really terrible, especially lunch. I would recommend them to just outsource large orders, because there are no shops or restaurants near by. If food is not good, nobody would recommend the location to others. Tea and snacks were reasonable.

The resort has good infrastructure but no facilities to back jt up. Everything is there but not maintained. No hot water. No proper electricity. No A/C. There is an infinity pool but no lights around it to enjoy at night. Not at all worth the amount you pay for it. Both undercooked and overcooked food was served to us. The place had potential to be great but lacks in proper management.

It was an awesome staycation with riveria portico.Lovely and calm atmosphere,fantastic view of pool and riverside. Everything about the villa was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.Special thanks to the manager ebin for organising everything hastle free...Will always recommend this beautiful location.

A very ill maintained resort with stinking bathrooms, damaged taps, non functioning air conditioner and above all totally disorganised and dirty kitchen. The food served were undercooked, salty and they didn't even have enough stock of bread for breakfast. There is no reception in the resort as opposed to their claim of 24 hours reception in the website. All in all a terrible experience and have learnt a lesson the hard way as to not to blindly believe the vloggers who are doing a paid service.

It was a wonderful weekend spent with dearest of friends. The spot was away from the hustle and bustle of the city and at the shores of the periyar. There is a total of 6 rooms that can be taken separately or the whole place can be booked altogether. We did just that. The whole place to us was a refreshing change. The rain kept away to give us the full use of all the facilities including the small but beautiful infinity pool set up adjoining the periyar river. The staff were cordial and they didn't interfere with our activities which is not the case with hotels. The food was great and though on the costlier side, was plenty and tastefully prepared.

Well maintained fully furnished house with a pool. Calm and Quiet location, Perfect place for a gang of 15-20 members(even more than that).They have 6 rooms which can accommodate extra beds. A common dining area where the food is served is separate. They have a great garden area where some small functions can be arranged including campfire. Pool was also well maintained and could easily accomodate 10-15 members at a time. Thanks to Ebin and Jino, Ebin was a wonderful host and was very helpful throughout the stay and Jino coordinated well. Good food and it is prepared on pre order and served on time. We also had a camp fire in the premises. Being on the lake side ambience is excellent. Good Parking Area is also available at the property. Recommended for get together with Family and friends.

I came across this beautiful property while desperately searching for a space for our family reunion. The scenic view, the ambience, the staff, the tasty treats, the infinity pool, the photo sessions, the sunset and what not...Riviera Portico made our Mulangad Reunion 2023 on 05th and 6th of October even more special...thanks Ebin, Ashwin and all supporting hands....for the wonderful experience!!!! We will come back...for sure!!!!
