One of the best resorts in Chiplun and surrounding area. Excellent food. Top class service. Beautiful and peaceful ambience. Best place for family, group, and also for Corporate events/parties.
This is like an oasis in desert. I had been hunting for a real good resort in vicinity of Chiplun and found nothing. One day somehow managed to find this place and I was mesmerised with its expanse. The property is spread across acres of land and some part is still under development but whatever has been created so far is with minute detailing.
The biggest plus points -
1. Room size - ultra spacious and super airy
2. Privacy - superb privacy for premium cottages with large private sit out area
3. Swimming pool - awesome pool with beautiful view
4. Comfort - extra ordinary comfortable beds and they provide extra bedding if needed
5. Breakfast - they don't serve buffet but what makes it up is personalised freshly cooked breakfast at your doorstep.
Mr. More and the other staff are very prompt and available literally 24X7.
The landscaping of the property is awesome. Currently they have 7 rooms which can accommodate about 20 guests, I think it's brilliant option for corporate outings or family & friends gatherings.
The approach road is little patchy and you start wondering what's going to be at the end of the never ending small road but when you reach there you forget about the patchy road (about 3kms).
I feel such kind of resorts much flourish and it can happen only if we as customers appreciate the efforts of the owners and what they are trying to accomplish!
Been with family and friends to this place. It is a wonderful place in lap of nature. The food is wonderful. We had shengoliya, kelphul bhaji, chicken, wade. No complaints about the food.
The staff is very helpful and attentive.
I am excited about the the new rooms that they will be building along the river.

The people here and their hospitality is just amazing. They are very humble, caring and cooperative.
The entire Resort is very well developed. While developing the same small small things have taken into consideration. For example the stand for drying the clothes, provision for keeping the mobile in the seat out area of the cottage etc. Very happy to be here.
The room and pool were luxurious and thoroughly enjoyed. The downside is the cost of food. I was charged for 4,800 for lunch and dinner for 2 adults and a kid. Though the food was delicious, the cost is too high. I recommend a stay but not pricey food. Caretaker Mr. More is a humble and very nice gentleman. Early morning bird chirping is a treat to the soul.
The resort is very well maintained and planned inside. The plants and gardening is so amazingly developed and maintained. The swimming looks clean and well maintained. The reason for rooms losing a star is during my stay the TV and wifi were not operational. Rooms are very clean as well as the upholstery bedsheets pillows the mattress is wakefit branded. The comforters are amazing. Never got to try the food but the manager and staff are super friendly and courteous. Now location lost 2 stars as it is quite a bit away from highway...and the roads are in bad condition and confusing in my opinion. If the resort sorts the accessibility issue, it is amazing resort for families who just want to be in resort amd enjoy for few days. But if you are thinking of visiting restaurants outside or daily commuting...it might be not so convenient.
The place was really nicely built, at the perfect location, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of nature at the safety of ones home.The rooms were comfortable as well as luxurious. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and singing at the camp fire with our loved ones. Overall it was a pleasent stay!!
One of the best places to relax with family and loved ones. The place is filled with love, beauty and good homely authentic foods. Every part of the farm is build considering the comfort of people. definitely I would recommend this place to my dear and loved ones. Very good staff and arrangement right from morning breakfast, lunch and dinner with barbeques and bornfire. Thank you Rivanta farms for making my making my trip memorable and one of the best ones
