I attended an incredible yoga course that left me feeling profoundly grateful. The teachers were exceptionally kind, and their teaching method was excellent. Each day felt like a fulfilling journey, and even as a beginner, I found it easy to keep up with the experienced participants. The instructors' vast experience shines through as they beautifully delve into yoga, pranayama, and anatomy. The serene location added to the overall sense of tranquility, making it a truly grateful and fulfilling journey. A truly enriching experience that I highly recommend.

I recently completed my 200hrs TTC at Rishikesh Yogis Yogshala and I would love to share my experiences. I had been looking at various schools for a number of years and finally decided this year to go with Rishikesh Yogis Yogshala. The best decision I made! I so enjoyed my stay here. The venue is wonderful with serene surroundings and a very peaceful atmosphere. I have learnt so much from all the teachers that taught me. They are all very experienced and knowledgeable. Yoga is not just about asanas but a continuous journey to look within and embrace peace with one self and others. Thank you to all my teachers for helping me through this journey to find peace and happiness. I would recommend Rishikesh Yogis Yogshala to anyone who is either looking to become a yoga teacher or interested in discovering themselves. Give them a try!

I recently completed my 200 TTC classes at Yogis Yogshala, and I wanted to share my experience. After exploring 20 different institutes, I can confidently say that choosing Yogis Yogshala was the best decision I made. The teachers at Yogis Yogshala are truly experts in their field, and their dedication to teaching is evident in every lesson. Additionally, what sets this place apart is the serene and natural surroundings. The venue offers a tranquil atmosphere that perfectly complements the learning experience. Being surrounded by nature truly enhances the overall vibe. I not only enjoyed my classes but also felt a sense of peace and connection with the environment. These 25 days were undoubtedly the best I've had in my journey of self-discovery and learning. If you're considering a TTC program, I highly recommend giving Yogis Yogshala a try.

My YTT 200 h at Rishikesh Yogis Yogshala was simply one of my best time experiences. It will deeply change the way you see life, your way of living in such a soothing, calming and happy inner way. The course and ALL the teachers are simply amazing, they are naturally kind, open minded, very professional and they all take the time to answer all of your questions, even questions not related to the course, they not only guide and teach you their classes, but they are all examples of what they teach you in class and guide you to your personal spiritual experience in India. All the classes bring you high quality information and the most interesting, helpful and reassuring thing is that you will practice a different style of yoga, embodied yoga, it was a style I discovered at this school and you will not want to practice any other kind of yoga that is not embodied, that is taking in consideration your natural and functional movements of your body. And all this in a small group which is definetelly a major criteria when you select your school. We had philosophy and practical yoga classes with guruji Parveen, his presence will instantly bring you peace and confidence, his yoga practice style is adapted for any kind of level, his yoga classes are so peaceful and different from the classical other yoga classes, you will find variations of asanas and mouvements you cannot find elsewhere, and his philosophy classes will bring you the answers you were looking for when you embarked in this YTT journey, he is a fountain of fables and histories with deep meaning, his philosophy classes are taught in such an easy understandable way. The pranayama and meditation classes with Uttam will bring you inner peace and understanding of your own self, he will guide you through different kinds of breathing techniques and meditation types, he will generously teach you more than just the classical classes, he will share with you information you will not easily find elsewhere. His voice will remain deeply rooted in you. And he will guide you in any practical aspect of your stay in India, you can entirely rely on him to help you anytime. The anatomy classes with Ritesh will bring you such helpful information on how your body works, so you will change the way you practice your asanas, he will answer all your questions with patience and care, anatomy with Ritesh is definetelly not a 'dry' class, you will ask for more at the end. The mantra classes with Raman will bring you joy, his smile is contagious, you will instantly see that he is passioned by what he's doing, I discovered mantras during this YTT and I am fascinated by this style of music, especially when taught by Raman, who takes time to explain the meaning of each mantra. And when guruji Parveen joins him for music classes, your ears and soul will ask for more and more. The alignement yoga classes with Suroj will bring you the information you need to have a perfect embodied alignement, he takes his time to teach you all the variations you have to know to adapt your class to every body and every level, he was very attentive and careful with my husband, who was a beginner and not a very young person too. You will not see time pass in his classes. The place is just amazing, we stayed at Oshomaikada, peaceful and far from any noise, you will enjoy your stay in a countryside place, near mother Ganga, just a few moments walk from the jungle. The food is great, varied, fresh and everyone tries to make your stay there comfortable. And if you have the chance to have classmates like we did, kind, open minded, respectful and careful about each other like in a family, you will have probably difficulty in leaving them, the teachers, the place, like I did. So do not hesitate one single moment in joining this school, there is not one single thing which I did not like, really, really, really. Bless you all, I will never forget you, thank you for being who you are, teachers and classmates!

Highly informative, well structured programme, coordinated by knowledgable and kind teachers. The course had the extra bonus of being taught in the embodied style, which accounted for all of our different body types, strength and flexibility levels, and needs. This allowed us to connect with ourselves in a really personal way, enabling us to use yoga as a healing practice. This was an ideology and practice fundamental to the course, and is something all of us can use throughout our lives to build emotional resilience. I think it was extremely lucky and rare to have found teachers and a course which presented this way. Every teacher went out of their way to enrich our learning experience, while sharing their culture, an aspect I have deep respect and gratitude for. I would strongly recommend this course to anybody who would like to develop more knowledge of yoga, be more in touch with themselves and finally, share these valuable lessons with others, with a goal to spread therapeutic practices. Thank you to all the teachers - I will always remember your empathy and kindness, and am finally grateful for all the laughter shared alongside the learning.

My experience at Rishikesh Yogis Yogshala's 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course was nothing short of exceptional. The instructors are not just experts in their respective fields, but they are also profoundly insightful and inspiring individuals. They truly embody the virtues of wisdom, compassion, and strength, both in their teachings and their everyday actions. The course itself was exactly what I had hoped for--a well-rounded, non-dogmatic, and immensely practical curriculum that has fully equipped me to launch my own teaching career and to sit deeper into my own practice. I'm excited to share that I will be leading my very first yoga class next week, just shortly after completing the course. The faculty's commitment to their students became overwhelmingly evident when I fell ill shortly after the course concluded. I was still in Rishikesh at the time, and they rushed to my aid without hesitation, ensuring I received the medical care and support I needed. To me, this act speaks volumes about the instructors' integrity and reinforces the high caliber of this program.

Grateful to the school for give us the opportunity to learn in such a deep and caring way. For me was a life experience where I learned about the practice but also about life and myself; the classes were well articulated, focused on listening and understanding the body, listening to the breath. The teachings of yoga philosophy and mantras complements and deepens the practice in a beautiful and profound way. The teachers (Parveen Ji, Uttam, Naman, Ekta, Sourav) with some much soul, knowledge, love and interest for ourselves as a persons. Also thanks for desing experiences for us to know also the beautiful Rishikesh and the culture. Grateful from the heart, thank you. Coming back home feeling so blessed.
