If you want to learn the accuracy you should try his classes...you will get to know his way of teaching...from my opinion he is quite perfect... and will try hard to make your yoga poses correct. Namaste My 200hr TTC experience with Sir Kamal Negi has been an incredible one. He is an amazing teacher, extremely professional and humble. He provides detailed information on alignment, and how to use various props- like the wall, yoga blocks,yoga belt,etc to gain the right alignment for our self practice, as well as the knowledge required to adjust a student. I realised I've been practising so many asanas without proper alignment in my previous years, and here I got to learn so much information from the scratch. He provides detailed instructions for getting into an asana, staying in the asana and coming out of asanas, while also making sure to focus on the breathing patterns. He also focuses on suitable warm up routines for different set of asanas , so there is no way anyone would get bored with a similar warm up routine everyday. He makes sure every single student is okay and safe during the practice and is always encouraging to bring out the best in them. There would always be a lot of positive energy by the end of every class. Thank you for being such a charm. He is always focused and professional during the classes, and a very friendly person and always welcoming to answer any queries after classes. I did my 200 hours yoga teacher training at Rishikesh yoga valley and I'm more the satisfied. I find there I warm and friendly atmosphere, Small and cozy house . Julia and Kamal were very helpful and they tried to make my stay unforgettable and unique. Kamal is a very experienced and professional teacher. The way that he explain is very simple and he make you understand really how you can go inside the position from the basics asana until the advance. I fell really in love with these course and If will back in Rishikesh I will be sure again with them . The food was very delicious and really healthy. I really I don't have nothing to complain everything was perfect from the accommodation until the course . I just want just say thanks Kamal I will keep your knowledge that you shared with me for all my life and also your smile and your professional behaviour and this amazing experience in my heart .
