I have been to many yoga studios and schools. So far Prakash Ji is the best Hatha Yoga teacher. He is very detailed in all the poses and a lot of extra information given that we as a students don't even know we should have asked those questions. Prakash Ji is also teaching Yoga Therapy which I will be taking next. If you want to learn the most authentic form of yoga and know what yoga really is ( yoga is not a workout/fitness ) he is highly recommended

You will never go wrong with the right attitude you bring to learn all the amazing stuff from Sir Prakash.. Definitely worth the trip down to Rishikesh to experience a whole new level of yoga.. Super thankful for teacher Prakash guidance and will definitely be back here to learn more from him.

I couldn't be happier with my 200 hours teacher training! Prakash is an amazing teacher and personality. As a very experienced yogi, he knows exactly what he's doing and on top of challenging and amazing lessons, adjustment classes and input for teaching methods, he knows how to add a good portion of fun to every lesson, without disturbing the healing spiritual effects the practice brings. Prakash is an excellent yoga-teacher who does not only understand and know how to teach the asanas in a comprehensable way but also comes with a great insight into the yogic life style. I came to Rishikesh just for one week to learn from different teachers, but after practicing yoga with Prakash, I decided to stay for one month and to continue a TTC 200 hrs Hatha Yoga program. Prakash is a wonderful teacher, with a deep understanding of the Yoga philosophy, the Asanas, the Pranayama and he has a huge sense of humor! It's really an fantastic experience for me to have full harvest of my hatha yoga class in Oct. Prakash is a very good teacher that I learnt a lot of proper yoga adjustments and detail process to reach the final posture. He's always patient and caring in all details while his teaching us to prevent any unavoidable misleading or injury. He's very professional in training qualified Yoga teacherrs. I did my 200 hours hatha yoga training in November. I was incredibly fortunate to have been taught by Prakash, who shared so much kindness and passion with all of his students no matter what level. I struggled a lot with inflexibility and while he motivated me to keep working on it, he encouraged me to be more compassionate and gentle in the process. He spent a lot of time teaching about foundations for all the asanas, advice on how to build a new relationship with yourself through the practice.. the things I learned were way beyond the physical gains and so much more about the mental and emotional benefits of yoga. I now feel confident to carry on my own practice and keep exploring the extremely deep and broad experiences that yoga offers! Thank you Prakash!
