Hi I am Anand singh. I have completed 200 hours YTT from Rishikesh Yog Nirvana . It was my best decision to join RYN . All the teacher's Sajan sir , Deepraj sir , Chirag sir and Varsha ma'am have in depth knowledge of yoga . It was beyond my expectations as they taught ashtanga , vinyasa , anatomy , alignment and philosophy such a way that it helped me physically, mentally and emotionally. The course is so well designed that it helped the beginners like me who had never done yoga before, to understand and perform so smoothly in astanga and vinyasa. Philosophy was all my favourite as Sajan sir has indepth knowledge of yoga , first time in life where theory class is my favourite as the way he explained the things is exceptional. RYN has very skilled and knowledgeable teachers. Great management by Vikas sir . Accommodation was nice , proper cleaning and maintenance was there. They provided delicious Satvik food . Apart from this RYN provides weekend excursions to near by tourist attractions. Also they provided refreshing kirtan and sound healing session . So if you planning for YTT or retreat I would definitely recommend you to join RYN for yoga classes. If you just wondering whether to do yoga or not , my suggestion just do it and also join RYN for it definitely it will change your life . Would love to share some memories. It's hard to put into words the experience as it simply has to be experienced. I couldn't have imagined a better place to complete my 200 hours; the memories, knowledge and place will be with me forever. I'm super grateful that I got to be surrounded by such beautiful humans. I just came back from my YTT course at Rishikesh Yog Nirvana and am already missing all the people, classes and yoga. I had such a great time and have learned so much about yoga and life. The teachers are very knowledgeable and have taught me how to teach yoga, create a great class/sequence, the importance of body alignment, yoga philosophy (this ended up being my favourite class) and different meditation and pranayama types. The food and location were also great. I highly recommend this school!

I did my 200 hour yoga teacher training here and i joined again for 300 hour yoga teacher training. I must say this was the best decision. All the teachers are so knowledgeable providing in depth knowledge. Perfect ambience lovely place. I am so grateful to all of them for teaching such great things about life. I will definitely visit here when ever i am back in Rishikesh this is the best yoga school for yoga teacher training.
