Ricebowl Restaurant & Caterers - Restaurant in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

I have been to this resturant multiple times with my kids. We enjoyed the food and the ambiance is great. My girls especially enjoyed the chicken burgers and the Alfredo pasta.

This restaurant is at the heart of Shillong. Loved their service and food. Would definitely recommend.

This restaurant is good. However, I feel that the food is a little overpriced.

The service was very late... We were not offered any water and they even mixed up our order. The Waiter's response took a lonnnnnggggg time. Sat for more than an hour for only 2 cups of coffee and a single roll. Hoping for better service next time. :)

It was the worst experience ever.... I often go there to eat but everytime I go i will always have to deal with rude servers. I ordered prawn butter garlic fried rice and got raw prawn. What startled me was when the server himself told me that the manager cannot control the cooks/chefs in the kitchen, which make me question why have a manager then... What's his job,Just sitting in the counter doing nothing. He told me that there is no mutual understanding between the chef's and servers.

Always had a good dining experience there..Also,there are always tables available. One of the plus points, I must say, considering I have had to leave many other restaurants in the vicinity, on an empty stomach, due to non-availability of tables.

The food is cold.. poor servicing.
