Ribbons and Balloons is one of the best cake shops of Ghatkopar - West area. The taste of the cakes is very good and they've the right mix of bread and cream which makes the cakes and pastries enjoyable. They've a lot of party items and side items like brownies and puffs too but they all are vegetarian probably because of the area I guess. Staff is quick and the price is right.
Unprofessional, under-trained and rude staff. Never experienced such rude behaviour at any other well known cake and pastery chains like them. The 2 stars are for the good variety of pasteries at the outlet. They are at a prime location and hence, customer service to them is off lowest priority.
Situated at prime location of Ghatkopar opp station, Always crowded with lot's of varities of cake at the lowest price. They serve fresh cakes so This is my To go place for any celebration.
Pastries are amazing and huge variety is available but the staff is very arrogant and won't even listen to your customized requirements (they only provide customized cakes from there menu). Ghatkopar East branch near vikrant circle is much better than this branch.

Worst experience, we took 3 pastry 1 choco mocca, bluberry and rasmalai from them choco mocca was rotten and it was tasti g so bad spoiled the dessert we threw it in dustbin, very bad experience not expected from ribbons and ballon
Ribbons n ballons near station ghatkopar west. On 1st Jan recd stale cake. Yday purchased another cake it was rotten. U r offering such bad foods to customers, it may cause us food poison. Called u on given phn no. It's not reachable. I will file case in labour court

A famous place for cakes and cookies. They also have done in and take away. They have a wide variety of breakfast menu. Generally all day the place is crowded, the ambience is pretty good and the pastel pallet gives such a great vibe.
