A cake made 2 days before was given which we order a day before for the birthday. the same poor and unfresh cake they putted in front of me as new one, totally disappointed and very veryyy bad service and cakes in this Monginis Cake shop. see now what is happening with this cakes, Veryyyy bad quality

I ordered 1 kg pineapple cake with print but they gave some other flavour cake which was dry, chocolate cream on top , yellow coloured unflavor choclate flake on side , make looked like it's pineapple cake........... Plz don't waste money buying from Monginis

M coming here since last 12 years and the one thing I love about this branch is. The timing and the quality ! The cake is available whenever I need it. The owner of the shop is more like a friend and always arranges the cake for us students of IIT Bombay on time. Keep munching the desserts :D

Dear monginis, if your things gets unfresh please there is a dust bin in your shop. Don't pack and delivered that via Zomato. I will suggest monginis to everyone who don't have sense. Atleast they will use the material which monginis is wasting.

Staff is well mannered and the products are always fresh and tastes amazing. It's been 3-4 years I have been purchasing cakes from this cake shop. Their is no compromise in freshness and quality at all.

Extremely reliable service! We ordered 50 customised boxes early in the morning and they prepared it exactly as we wanted and right on time. Highly recommended

Rude staff!!!! Senior staff extremely reluctant to give bill everytime you ask, he says, "bill us hi ko chahiye jisko bharosa nahi hota" Only interested in billing products without any record of sale. Not expected from a reputed national brand like Monginis!
