My first month experience was good no trouble, no security issue etc. But now I will not recommend this place to anyone. Since I have stayed here for more than 3 Months this is my honest review. (1) Daily cleanliness : They hardly do cleaning once in a week or sometimes in 2-3 week (2) Water: Water facility is good you get filter water for drinking. (3) Security : No Security, I have seen things getting stolen here, Extra precaution is needed otherwise your things will be stolen. Also the flat doors are open in mid night , which is very unsafe anyone can enter here in mid night. (4) Network : No Network issue ,Wifi/Internet works good. (5) Difficulty in Refunding Security Deposit: Once you leave this place its very difficult to take deposit from them , although they return it but after 20-25 days and Hundereds of call. (6) Washrooms: Sometimes , water doesnot come in washroom, On my floor there was only one washroom but on another floor you get 2 washrooms. And yes beaware of the service boy Mallesh the other service boy is nice but mallesh is not good.He does not resolve your isuues/problems , doesnot pick up the calls. He is a scammer.
Worst pg I have stayed in. I have stayed 2 months here. Worst management, no service provided, wifi hardly worked for not more than 1 week, they won't give you your deposit after leaving, they'll swirl you for 2-3 weeks. My things were robbed and the CCTV is for name only it doesn't work, won't pickup any calls for complain. I won't recommend you this pg.
I live almost 2 months , DON'T GO WITH RHOMES Really bad management and there service boys also CAN'T REPAY DEPOSIT ON TIME ALMOST 2OR MONTH TO GIVE MY DEPOSIT AFTER XALLING MORE THAN 100 CALLS TO OWNER AND MANAGEMENT
Decent place to live for students n working professionals, 1 thing which Rhomes can improve is daily cleaning...
I stayed in PG for near about 4 months .....Really bad with management because they still haven't returned my compensation for the loss of iron(loss was due to the carelessness of care taker) .. Me 4 din se call karrha hun bt management call nahi utha rahi hai.... Think before you join the PG
