Went there for consultation with Dr Amitava Mukherjee. The hospital is clean and the staffs are well behaved. Location is very good. Dr Amitava Mukherjee do not accept any card or upi payment, so they asked cash. Cannot comment on other facilities provided as we have not gone through them.

I am here for my own treatment. Staff treat you like jail inmates. Zero value for privacy. Only sim for the hospital to drain your insurance. They drained my insurance for just a kidney stone. Old man next to my bed in general ward was kept naked for dressing. They could have used curtains for privacy. But the staff doesn't care for the privacy of patients. May be because it is their routine duty, but for patient it's not routine.

Thank you for your dedication to patient care and for making our experience a positive one.

We found the place small in size , but very good and smart in service . Starting from the security , reception -personnel , attendants , sisters and of course the doctors , are very helpful , soft spoken and extremely co-operative . It deserves five stars .Still I reserved one star for more advancement as betterment has no end . We are happy to have this good , affordable and smart health service provider

I visit RG stone urology hospital on 10th Oct for my father in low kidney stone operation as consult with Dr Mukhesh Kumar Vijay . We go with RIRS treatment for kidney stone . He done surgery within hour and patient feel good after operation and move to ward with in hour. I recommend to come if you have stone in kidney and Dr Mukesh kumar vijay he is very polite and well behaviour.

This hospital and the doctors are very good for urological treatment. However if your patient has a cardiac history, I would strongly suggest you to go for a single private ward and keep emergency cardiac medicines of your patient handy with you.

I had my surgery done on Feb 15 under Dr. Deb. Had ok ok experience in this hospital. The ambience n food was really nice. Special mention to Buddha da who was available anytime for any needs. I also wanna mention Joydev da who did my dressing everyday for more than a month by visiting my home. The only problems I had was "Staffs made some UNNECESSARY MEDICAL BILLS(like syringes, n other surgical items which they sent home which of no use to me) IN ORDER TO EXPLOIT PATIENT FINANCIALLY. Moreover the night staffs were really noisy, they were making continuous noises which Disturbed our sleep but somehow we slept by asking them to shut up (General ward). Hopefully there will be improvement in future.

USG Department: The most efficient and effective Doc and staff. Dr. Girija ma'am has years of experience and take very good care of patients. I would recommend anyone looking for any diagnostic related issues.
