Absolutely AWFUL! Every week for the last month a new machine has stopped working. When I complained to the front desk , the answer was " every gym has a machine that doesn't work" and one machine doesn't ruin your workout. Mid afternoon, and mid workout they change equipment, tubelights and Mats the answer given us , when else to do it? Apparently after hours and basic professional behaviour is lacking. Never ever sign up here. The front desk is awful and so is the equipment

I have been gymming regularly since the past 10years. Twice hv tried other gyms to in close by Colaba areas. But this gym is total value for money. The time spent there is totally rejuvenating to my mind, body & soul for its peaceful, clean, hygienic out there. If necessary, personal attention is given at no extra cost. As the name truely mentions, it's the best gym in Colaba for ones 5Fitness

Very good gym with well maintained staff and trainers

Pretty good gym. Has everything you need to get a great workout, i.e weights, cardio machines, swimming pool. The trainers here are very well qualified and helpful

1300 per month written all over cult and you reach there and you have to pay for minimum 14 months :/ manager says it's called marketing!

Nice gym with a good swimming pool and facilities. A good crowd that motivates you to gym. Lacks a few machines due to its size constraints. Also the trainers don't really help you out even if they're idle, they will just look from a far. In all, a good gym, but could do better with a few more machines.

The place has a well equipped gym floor. They have changing rooms, lockers and shower for male and female. They also have rooftop swimming pool on the second floor. The fitness center hygiene is at moderated level. However, the place doesn't have a proper parking facilities.

It's really tightly packed, and super crowded at peak hours. But the equipment's fine, the trainers are nice folks, and I imagine it's a great bargain if you can regularly go at off-peak times, based on the couple times I've managed to do so. I'd rate it higher if they: 1) Had more than just one upright stationary bike (they've got 1, plus 2 recumbents...don't care for those, but to each his own) 2) Didn't play music so obnoxiously loud over the speakers (like most folks, I bring my own headphones...sometimes they'll oblige if you ask them to turn it down). Sometimes on the cardio equipment it's impossible to hear your own headphones over the crap they're playing. 3) Didn't spam the hell out of current members on a daily basis with multiple emails and texts, without any ability to unsubscribe. Do NOT give them your real number or normal email address. 4) Did something to discourage the subset of patrons who seem to view lingering on the equipment between "sets" as their time for the South Bombay Social Club. Great, have your fun at the gym, we should all enjoy it...but don't make it such a pain for the rest of us to get a set in, please. (Maybe that's just India gym culture...I'm new to these parts.)
