Food is awesome Service is great. Improvement: Need a fan in the room which will help dry the cloths. It will be better if we have in house laundry.

Poor maintenance. Unhygienic conditions. Staff is unprofessional and unfamiliar with work. Ac was ineffective. Room size is good but in name of king size bed they have combined two bed together. Photos online is not aa per actual.

It was a large room but there was a lack of facilities like a kettle and the refrigerator especially had a big plumbing problem. But room cleaning service was great. The staff wasn't friendly

Had an amazing stay at Karishma Grand, staff was very helpful and supportive rooms were very spacious, manager was very polite and food was also good.. Overall a good experience

When we got to the room it was freshly sprayed with air freshener, they had sprayed so much that the entire floor was wet and the bed was damp.When we smelled the perfume we realized the strong musty smell in the room, the paint on the walls was peeling from the humidity. Disco breakfast, we had the first meal of the day with the electronic trance music so loud that you could hardly even speak.It was so weird and absurd that we thought it was funny.

Rooms are good but this property needs immediate renovation. Also facilities are only on paper they do not provide any of the basic services. It's the only location which is near the beach. Had raised a complaint on day one about the bathroom door not getting closed and till check out day they didn't even bother to check the issue. So overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
