I recently visited subarna villa and my overall experience was excellent. Rooms ewere clean, staffs were well behaved and the location was simply fantastic moreover prices are reasonable. All staffs were very accomodative but there is one staff named Reeta who impressed us the most.She was very patient, calm and precise at her work. All in all it was a great experience and I strongly recommend everyone to stay at Subarna villa if they are visiting Ghatsilla
AMAZING PLACE, ROOMS RATE ARE BIT HIGH, BUT YOU WILL LOVE IT. THE POSITION IS SUPERB, NICE PLACE TO HANGOUT ON THE PARK INSIDE THE HOTEL PREMISE. BEAUTIFUL ATMOSPHERE. HOTEL STAFFS ARE NICE AND GOOD, FOOD QUALITY AND QUANTITY BOTH ARE NICE. PRICE MIGHT LOOK A BIT HIGH. OVERALL YOU CAN EXPECT A SUPERB EXPERIENCE AND PROPER RELAX MODE!
The location is awesome, but room quality could be better. Our room had issue with AC. The service was good. The approaching road it narrow, so we need to be careful. They have outside parking in front of the main gate. The property is just at the bank of the subarnarekha river bed.
Room was small, didn't contain any basic facilities like electric kettle. TV was there, but it was in unworkable condition. No wifi inside the room. Room got filled with rain water by half an hour of rain. Services were not adequate w.r.t the tariff being asked for the room.
Very poor manager. Being an advocate I want to say that one of the managers has no knowledge of how to behave with their guests. So don't get treated disrespectful and don't waste your money.
I wouldn't like to give a single star beacuse the staff members are very rude to their coustomers. And have over attitude about their resort . The food isn't available. They have a bad behaviour and they also have very high charges . Normal people cannot afford it. So it's my huble request don't go their and don't get treated disrespectfully.
We stayed 2 nights, Every night electricity was stopped for minimum 2-3 hours, generator was not working properly, we booked AC rooms, at night between 10p.m-12p.m current was off , generator couldn't connect with fan and light, this was very disappointed
