Resort Primo Bom Terra Verde - Resort hotel in Calangute, Baga - North Goa, India

Resort is very well planned but is not maintained. Rooms also same. I loved to stay in a wooden room, but it is covered with jute sheets which doesn't allow hot air to go out n cool the room. Also AC was not working. I'm from Bangalore n I really couldn't tolerate humidity in Goa. Fans don't help. Bathroom is very small with dirty clothing curtain. Bed is very old n has become hard. Overall, inside room very bad outside room, view is very good.

The only best thing about this resort is the location. Service is not friendly. Since our room is completely wood, We cannot enter the room in the noon and it took 30 more minutes to chill. Restroom was not clean and the amenities are not worth the price. Best thing is the pool and you can spend some good time there. Except, I would recommend you to prefer some other resorts

This is a prime property and really a good one.. the cleanliness was impeccable and the staff was great.. We had a lovely stay here and we recommend this if you're a couple/group travelling for leisure.. One thing we missed was an in-house restaurant, but to overcome that, you can swiggy/Zomato ;)

Resort does not serve food so you will have to order online or go out. Swimming pool timing is 9:00 am to 6:00 PM, no food and drinks are allowed at pool. Resort is 2-3 km from calingute beach.

Good place for the price, great location. Rooms obviously aren't luxury given the prices, but are good enough for rest and a good night's sleep. Another issue is frequent power outages during night and day. No cards for room, physical keys instead sometimes too heavy to carry in pocket or wallet. Otherwise it's a beautiful place located correctly.

The staff was a little rude and not accommodative. They would not even bother greeting their guests with a smile or a friendly voice. But the location and room was really good. They need to work on their hospitality skills

We stayed at the Cottage rooms & it was good. The Pool wasn't very clean but still okay. Room service is lightly downside as they won't provide things on guest requests. Need to make efforts to make them do so. Overall a good one.

Very bad experience- 1 no in house food and restaurant so for every single thing you need to go out 2. No toothpaste and body wash you will get in water bottle 3. Cleaning is very bad i found garbage in dustbin and dust around all lamps and all 4. Staff is rude 5. Not at all worth of money. 6. Zomato swigy you need walk from room to reception and distance depend on your room. Think twice before booking this.
