we booked this hotel 3 times in the past but year by year hostel service has decreased.
It was wonderful stay here, the rooms were and the staff were very helpful specially Alok he was very helpful and cooperative.
Worst hotel I ever stayed CONSTRUCTION IS ON PROCESS. No service, no cleaning in room till you will not call staff. Dirty blanket given. Today is 2nd Nov 23 and our stay is more 2 days till 4th Nov 23. Don't come to this hotel.
Very good service and the rooms were also clean . Very cooperative staff and specially Mr Alok helped us along. With water sports activities ,drop service and bike rentals too.

Firstly I was impressed with the early check ins, but they were renovating the hotel, so it was little untidy and messed up, and there were leakage, the staff dint clean the rooms next day, we stayed for 3D and 2 N. Bf was okayish, overall I believe once the renovation is completed it will be a great place for your stay.

Parking is a big issue. And the hotel staff for parking assistance is not co operative. They just tell car owner to move the car somewhere else.
