I don't even want to give 1 rating. Such a poor service. They take time more than required. They delay a lot to return vehicle. No prompt response or service. Taking customers for granted. I have to keep following up. If such thing continues then definitely they will lose business sooner

Experienced very bad delay in delivery of the car . The estimated completion time has a lot of different when compared to the actual delivery time . The process of registering the service is itself delayed as I received the sms, One day later. Renault must revisit the process at this service station.

They will theft the secret key inside the automatic keys and leading to fraudulent and burgler things in this showroom, many didn't know about this. We were thinking battery was low in the key until we found out the secret key was stolen by them during 2nd free service, many will think battery low in the keys but if you open the key inside there will be a key which will be missing, with that they can open the car and theft the car or anything your belongings wherever you are.after 2nd service of 3 months battery was dead in the car they said , not even completed one year. I'm going to sue them legally. They are doing frauds in the name of business. Not sure they would have replaced with some old batteries during 2nd service and whatever they try to steal or loot it's sales for them. Even the service engineer might have sales target in this. Let me start with the experience making me to give 5star rating, people build brands is what I strong believe. Renault service Badly needed people with right mindset and attitude. If I need to rate Devaraj RENAULT OMR SERVICE (previous called KHIVRAJ RENAULT) few months back, I would have rated 1 or 2 star only. However, with the arrival of new "Service General Manager Mr Kamalesh". Service quality drastically improved in last 2-3 months. 1. Approachable , keen in hearing the concern and Most important is that if there is mistake he immediately says sorry which I never seen before. 2. He is driving the change among the workers as well. I strong recommend renault customers to visit and you can feel the difference. *Improvement point*: This leadership practice should be made as a culture and training needed for entry level workers at gate and better attire would help. Long way to go. But I felt a change immediately being renault customer for 3years. Appreciate Mr Mohan - Service Advisor for his seamless followup and delivery of car on time as committed. Quality of work is also improved in this service center and even I see a great difference in minute aspect like water wash. Continue the good work.

Very Pathetic service. They treat you like beggers. You need to beg to them for service after paying money .worst experience

Poor service ever and no follow-up yet on my complaints regarding Brake Noise and Keys replacement for almost 3 months now. Regret for choosing DJH, OMR showroom and Renault as a Brand. Try to satisfy your customer on time otherwise you will be gone in front of other leading market players next, opposite and beside you.
