Please do AC cleanup and routine maintenance. AC runs but very less effective. Spacious clean rooms and bathrooms. Functional appliances. Calm neighbourhood. Stayed with parents for 1D 1N .
A very friendly place for a stay. The rooms were neat and clean and spacious too. All the rooms had A/C. We have been provided with a water can also which I felt very convenient and quite sustainable than to throw away lots of plastic bottles in the garbage. Overall, the stay experience was pleasant.
This place is very nest from Valasaravakkam Main Road (RelianceTrends). This house is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 1 balcony. you get the kitchen and utensils too. Bachelor's cannot enjoy as property owners gives more restrictions. And MAIN THING Make sure you get confirmation with property Owner, once you done your booking. bcos I had a situation that property asked is to cancel the booking as they the booking price was not as they expected.it was a terrible experience. I Have tarvelled a lot and stayed in many places but this was the first time property asked to cancel the booking for money.
To keep it simple we wish not to be there again and so the others in future that's what why the review we have given. As u said If so we had brought extra persons then why did u demand for money for the extra persons in the first place. This show how good you run this place and speaking about bringing women's u might be In some kind of hallucination just rewind the Camera clippings to confirm yourself once.
Worst experience. The management has hidden cameras and watching us all over and all the conversation were heard. It's highly unacceptable to watch an hear anyone's conversation and breaching privacy protocols. The management were very rude and quarrelled with us and asked us to leave by midnight when we found the camera. Never ever choose this place. Worst and unacceptable behavior.
One of the worst places to hang out. Having hidden cameras and recording all the conversations as well. One of the worst management ever seen and they never respect the customer. Around 1:30 AM they told they need to check the place if any extra people are there even though we didn't have anyone extra and he didn't have the basic common sense to ask sorry for checking in during untime though he didn't find anyone or for recording us through a camera. Wow wonder place to stay, u all be watching with their plenty of hidden cameras. Last night met an horrible incident, and the management staffs are so rude. vacated the place immediately at midnight. I think they too watching their own sisters and mom with their cameras. Please don't go for a stay anytime
If only less than 10 ppl are allowed why did you asked for extra money instead of canceling our stay. And we didn't bring any women as mentioned in your feedback id so can you prove.? For hidden cams and recorders we don't have to prove to public...eventually their video will be out in banned sites. Cheap business model to run. we didn't even file a legal complaint since we all were boys. If girls were there, for the rude behavior and cheap things you guys have done we would have filed a complaint for sure.
