Remedy Diagnostics - Diagnostic center in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas South, India

Location is the basement of the building but interiors have been designed well to serve as a clinic and diagnostic centre. Good doctors are available, especially for anyone looking for a good gynaecologist. There is Dr. Sharmistha Ganguly. The place is opposite the Kavi Nazrul Metro station. Reception & Staff are cooperative & adept.

One star so that I can write this review. This ancient place doesnt accept card or UPI for payment. The reception desk people are highly rude and unhelpful. They're wrongfully charging registration fee even if you visited before citing software change excuse. If possible please avoid and if necessary please carry enough cash.

Very good multi speciality diagnostic centre. Doctors of various medics department see patient with prior appointment. Various type of pathological tests are done here with reasonable price. They maintain proper hygiene. Doctor consultancy fees is paid by cash only but the payment of test can be done by both on and off line . You can book appointment for doctor and tests through their website or by calling them directly. Home collection for pathological test is also available.

They don't accept card and only take cash for doctors fees. ( Most probably they don't show the doctor fees in a proper way while filling income tax) They also charge a registration fees of rs 100 for a visit only after a period of three months, as if it is some kind of relatives house where you need to visit quarterly every year.

Staff here are incompetent,irresponsible,and seems like have grudge when you speak the truth. The management here intentionally kept my pregnant wife waiting for 3.5 hours because of some absurd reasons... Avoid this place as there are much better place than this in Kolkata....

Its really good. We took their service since that day whwn this organization open. Bt from corona period we r facing a problem. They took 100 rupees extra per three months per single person when we were visiting to de chamber. Many times i try to complain about it. But no results come. They call it registration fee. By why we should paid 100 rupees extra every three months. This is really disappointing. I am requesting for this to the owner. Please change that rule. Thank you

The worst medical services available. The medical staff are incompetent, irresponsible and utmost unprofessional. The doctor Suman Das working in Remedy Diagnostic is most irresponsible doctor I ever experienced. He didn't appear for my patient's Doppler test and had to wait for more than an hour but he was not available even after we had a booking. I urge people to avoid Remedy diagnostic for any health related services.

Talking about Diagnostic Section - Behaviour / attitude of the staffs are very poor. They doesn't know how to behave with the guests / patients. Attitude of the staff members are very casual. Get a bitter experience from this Center.
