I have visited a couple of physiotherapist but never was told in a fashion where someone helps me understand my muscles and there usage as we do any of the exercises. Most of the places they would tell you about exercising and pose but never about your muscles and what all muscle include any particular exercise. Overall I'm really happy and I have improved a lot since I visited the facility.

I am taking physiotherapy treatment from Dr. Suchita Dadas for Diastasia recti. I had a cesarean delivery & was diagnosed with diastasis postpartum. I had severe low back pain which was unbearable with a very heavy abdominal bulge. Having lost all the hope while surfing the internet I came across Reliva physiotherapy clinic. Checked the reviews regarding diastasis & thought to give it a try. I am very grateful to Dr. Suchita because she convinced me that physio sessions will help in healing my distasis. With the set of exercises she recommended, results started showing after few sessions only. My lower back pain issue was resolved completely and my diastis also got reduced from 3.5 finger gap to 2.5 finger. I am glad that I met Dr. Suchita a person who is very approachable, calm, polite, humble & with a very positive vibe which makes her patient feel assured recovery. She explains all the exercises so well & stresses on the way it should be done. I will continue with some more physio sessions until my heavy bulge is completely fixed. I would surely recommend Dr. Suchita for physiotherapy services.
We got to know of this place through Google search. My mum was in need of Physiotherapy for her knee. I googled and got to know of this place. Checked the reviews and thought of giving it a try. I guess it was the best decision. Dr. Purvi is great with her patient. The manner in which she handles her patient and speaks to them makes a big difference. She comes across as a very warm person and she ensures her patients benefit from the exercises she shows. Mum is much better now all thanks to Dr. Purvi!
I took treatment for my disc prolapse from Dr. Purvi Chheda and got great relief within few sessions itself. She guided me well with all the exercises and the home exercise program as well. Would definitely recommend for best physiotherapy rehabilitation services.
