Reliance Trends (TWPA) - Shopping mall in Chinsurah - Hooghly, India

Best shopping place. Their prices are little bit high but using coupons or discounts it is good. I like the quality of each item. Also the staff behavior is very good.

Customer service is good. Lots of up to date stocks collection. Quality is also nice. Price is reasonable. AC Shopping mall.Trial room is available.

We go there often. Big store and very local to me.. they have good collection. ONE CONCERN, and that's not about this particular store, but on Kid's dresses. Earlier, I used to pick one dress from shelf and my kid used to try on her in trial room to confirm what size is good for her, then used to buy more dresses of same type & same size by size sticker. BUT these days, their shelves have dresses with size issues. Two dress, with same size sticker, same brand and same shape - are having actual size differences upto an inch. I literally showed that to salesmen in store. They agreed too. Reliance Trends, time to change your tailor. I know big brands go cheap by inhouse tailoring cloths that sometimes do not follow a same standard. V-Mart store is within 500-700 meters from your store, and sells dresses at half price than yours, but I dont buy from them for their horrible size & quality issues. Please dont be like V-Mart. :-)

Worst Trends branch ever. Yesterday I went there with my family and all the staffs were behaving as if we will steal anything. They were not letting us see anything by ourselves and were continuously following us, even in trial room. Even one kurtis we tried had some red marks on it and they were blaming us that it was our lipstick when none of us were wearing one.I have been to many Trends branches earlier such as Gariahat, Sheoraphuli, Magra and mostly do shopping for my family from there but this experience has left me stunned. Neither will I go there ever again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Very pathetic staffs of Trends Bandel branch.

Customer service was good, and gift vouchers coupon system here makes a good difference among the other shops that I visited earlier to this clothing mall. Overall it was really a good experience for me.

Worst Experience.Dont go there. They have hired lots of salesman/saleswomen but they don't know anything about there products even. Wherever you go inside the mall 3-4 sales person always follow you and they'll try to tell about some fake offer which is not even exist. some of there 'S' sized product even bigger than size 'M' (it is to mention that both are same product only the colour is different).The size and quality of the product is questionable.Please do trial for every purchase. One of there executive named Somnath informed me about an offer, which according to him was valid for any day and due to some network issue not available at that time.But later when I went to claim the same in next day they inform us it was valid only at the time of billing, not after that. Pros: 1. Location is good. 2. Reliance brand. Cons: 1.Product quality is very bad. 2.Sizing is not good. 3. Quality control is zero. 4. Too much salesman, even sometimes 3/4 salesman chases one customer. 5. Salesman ,cashier all are unprofessional and they don't have any knowledge about there products/offer. 6.Apart from giving coupon and useless offer please improve the product quality and shopping experience. I lived within 500 meter from the mall but I shall not visit again in the Reliance Trends Bandel again. I have two 500 rs Gift voucher.anyone needed please contact me.I don't want to use them.
