Reliance Smart Bazaar (replacement of Earlier Big Bazaar brand) visited yesterday. Very Good and most of groceries & vegetables & fruits & fashion you can get here. Offers to be studied for some time. Items arranged in spacious manner with good display. You can visit once.

Very careless staff, I went to the counter and stood there for 5 min, lady in the counter was busy with her own work( not with the customer). After asking twice whether the counter is open she nodded and then immediately left the counter to ask her colleague something and the pointed me to go to other counter. People in the billing counter will never bother.

The first Big Bazaar outlet of mangalore, been here for over a decade. The outlet is quite big, and have plenty of variety for you daily house needs, groceries, clothes, fruits, vegetables, stationaries and the list goes on. They have free delivery option also through their online app. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have ample parking space in the upper and lower basements. All the necessary covid 19 protocols are being followed. Only downside i could see is that most of the items are being sold on mrp unlike what their competitors like dmart etc do. Only selected items are available on discounted prices. Having said that it is still a great shopping experience.

Very bad experience. There is no express counter available. Everyone has to wait in the same Q. If u have one item to buy or 20 items. So if you have extra free time you can shop here orelse better to buy from local general stores you can shop faster.

Absolutely loved reliance smart bazar.... Variety of collection.. convenient place to shop all our necessity.. grocery at low price... fruits, vegetables, toys, stationery, snacks,soft drinks available at reasonable price along with discount... vegetables and fruits packaging is amazing...weekend offers available...huge collection of brand of clothing for men , women and kids available... Customer friendly staff...parking available

Everything is fine but the cash counter is very less staff I had to wait for such a long time and just girl's wer in cash counter please wen there's lot off coustomers stand try to insure that are more counter opened

This is one a beautiful shopping mall in Mangalore. You will get good shopping experience in this mall. But the only thing is there are some persons who are appointed by the Big Bazaar management to look after the things. But, they irritate the customers by following them thinking that they steal some things. And I found there is no CCTV here for security purposes.

Good store but always short of Cashers at counter. I visited today at 11.30 am only one casher and 12 peoples on que. There is 13 cash counters and one casher.
