Reliance Mall - Shopping mall in Salem - Salem, India

Firstly, I appreciate the supermarket's convenient location and wide selection of products. It was easy to find most of the items on my shopping list, and the store was well-organized, making it a breeze to navigate through the aisles. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff members seemed disinterested and were not readily available to assist customers. . Furthermore, I noticed that some of the produce was not as fresh as I would have liked. There were a few instances where I had to carefully inspect the fruits and vegetables before choosing, as some of them were already showing signs of spoilage. Lastly, the checkout process could be more efficient. there seemed to be a lack of staff members available to operate the registers. Implementing a system to expedite the checkout process or increasing the number of cashiers would greatly improve the overall experience

A descent mall in Salem. One can easily spend the whole day in the mall. They have a lot large collection of big players inside the mall. We have been to trends, kfc, Burger King and inox. The car parking is bit of a hassle but that's manageable. Overall a good mall to spend time and do shopping.

Small and simple mall. Great to spend even a day here with family/friends. INOX is available within the building and also KFC, Burger king and Shoppin stores. Parking facility is fair, since it is located near main road there might be a traffic jam on weekends.

One only mall which has theatre and food court is this. Come here spend time with family or friends with a chit chat also for shopping along with good food. I go here to eat pizza from Rewind or cafe culture. Coffee latte is excellent in Rewind. You don't get good coffee latte anywhere other than this place Rewind. I hanged out here and tried all these dishes, it was a great treat.

First of all I was surprised by the 15rps token for bike parking. Not enough sign board at parking area to navigate inside the mall. Went inside the trends store, they had a good amount of collection for both ladies and gents but not satisfied with their offer deals. Lot of pants and jeans don't have multiple sizes to choose. We were Stunned while entered this place. Basically we are the Reliance customer in all their platforms like trends, Reliance Smart, footwear & Reliance Digital. We wondered that all Reliance services under one roof along with so many brand stores..Spacious parking, clean atmosphere..

Nice place for hang outs but you can't spend more time as there are limited shops.

Modern day shopping experience is assured. Limited shops. Not all kind of shops available. Well maintained premises. Staffs are cordial and friendly. But everything is costly. Visit and take the experience
