Reliance Fashion Factory Chinar Park - Clothing store in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

Very unorganised store.. tags are wrongly placed.. I want to share my experience.. I picked a top from the "Buy 2 @70% buy 1 @60%' section .. but at the time of billing they told me to pay more when I told them that it is on 60% off section they totally denied and say it is on 40% off section not on 60%... And the biggest part is the quality of the top is not worthy if I buy that on 40% off product.. the staff behaviour is also unprofessional... They are not interested in selling anything kind of attitude.. they are standing in a group and gossiping all the time.. in the trial room there was no one to attend... Also the trial rooms are fully packed with clothes... very disappointed... Not upto the mark..

This is a store managed by Reliance retail, basically a replica of the Big Bazaar Fashion, as a multi brand outlet it houses various leading brands, however the quality of most is deplorable, and so is the pricing. Staff is not interested in explaining when asked questions of the product. Most of the offers here are BOGOF's and these days people look for quality and sustainability in items they buy. The store does not have a disability entrance and is not disabled friendly. There is no parking available for customers of this store.

Very nice product, very nice service, Lee and Wrangler brand staff's help me so much I'll visit soon again..

The store has a good stock of all kinds of products. The staff are also very polite and supportive. They provide good discounts on all products.

Nice collection, but prices are bit on a higher side as compared to online market.

I went there for Durga Puja shopping . For few products , it was showing 50 percent discount . But once I took those to counter it was not showing the discounts. The system and the offer must be in sink I belief in such a brand like F.Factory .. Management must look into this . Rest all collections was not bad .

Poor environment. No AC. AC system is not working since few months. Staffs are too reluctant, they remain busy in gossiping among themselves, not at all keen to help. Many of the product are displayed but can't be billed due to barcode scanning problem or missing tags. It was way far better when operating under Future group as Brand Factory.

Prices are reasonably higher found this year 2023 although 2/3 years back, I found it quite reasonable branded items . However this time, not found too many brands for men casual clothing.
