Never buy anything from this store. Worst service. I bought AO Smith geyser from this store, in which installation is included. They assured me , installation will be done within 2 days. I m calling for installation since 4 days and no one come for installation. Today is 5th day and installation is not done yet . Never buy anything from this , specially in which they promise you to install the item themselves.
This is very nice place to buy electronic items and specially one staff member his name is annant patel he is very good and honest .....he give and explain product details very nice way and attractive way I personally impressed his way of taking ......I am convinced at that time to buy new mobile on this shop iPhone 14 pro max .......it is very good shopping experience.......

Customer care/support is very poor, damaged piece delivered. Lots of mails sent for the immediate replacement from 7th July 2020 but till date there's no response or reply even feedback. This is something ridiculous & not acceptable. Your management team is not efficient enough to resolve the issues in time. I think they're not interested ones it's sold. Hope you forward this feedback to the right person.
