The yoga batches are conducted 2 times weekly. I joined the yoga club 3 months ago and have seen a drastic change in my fitness. Hello everyone, My name is Sourabh Yadav. I am a 27 year old State level badminton player from Pune. I am thrilled to share with you my incredible journey of recovery from a grade 3 Left ACL tear. On the 3rd of December 2022, while competing in a badminton match in Pune, I suffered my worst nightmare - complete tear of my left ACL plus grade 1 meniscus tear. I underwent a hamstring graft reconstruction surgery and began my physiotherapy from January immediately. Last year I visited Rehab Station to get treated for my groin injury as well as neck pain. The assessment that the physios made over there was very thorough. They even drafted me a home exercise chart for the times when I couldn't visit on busy days. (Although, Visits are recommended to complete the due sessions) The place is well equipped, hygienic with a feel good vibe led by an excellent team of professionals. Thanks to Dr. Aditi Dole and Dr. Disha Shah over there who helped me mitigate my pain and fears. Also to mention, during my visits I saw that people also came for regular assessments, (not just related to injuries) but also to improve their fitness under physio guidance. Dr. Disha Shah is professional, highly qualified and very friendly and treats at a personal level. She gave me good treatment including different exercises which were so helpful in relieving my pain and built my strength. She's very calm and answers all questions with patience. I started visiting rehab station around a month a ago due to a back injury. Being a professional trekker and actively involved in the outdoors I needed to be back on the field as soon as possible. A dear friend recommended this place for my rehab. On my first visit my body condition was evaluated for an accurate diagnosis which gave me confidence in the doctors at rehab station. Then my journey towards recovery started a month back and with every session I could feel my body get stronger and pain getting lesser. Today was my last day, within a span of a month my injury has recovered, and my body feels ready to be back on the mountains. All the credit goes to the whole team at Rehab station especially Dr. Aditi and Dr Shriya who curated my therapy, keeping in mind the nature of the sport I was associated with.
