This is the place where we go only on the name of Dr.Bahadur . He was nicely before the operate of my father who is no more in between us due to negligency of dr.bahadur his rude behaviour is on seventh cloud everytime. he didnt even lookafter once in 15 days of admission there . when things not going good he was like we did whatever we want to..... after that we had operated again at apollo delhi because false reports of third party lab results in wrong medication over 2 months.. Due to negligency of him only. My father took those things on mind and passed away.. IF you guys have health insurances go for higher institutes . Do not follow experience , follow facilities and techniques.. 15 days of admission culture made patient more sick in this hospital. He didnt even come for once to check patient in rooms... Beware guys...

Bakvas. Staff behavier is so rude.. besides appointment wait for more than 3 hours. No system. Interaction with doctor is also average. Overall bad experience...

My mother got operated in August. The ward boy took her for X Ray after 3 days of surgery. There she fell due to his negligence. She can't walk till now. No body listened. There is also scam in payment. Package was of 40000 Rs Maximum. But after taking private room I was charged more than 86000. Behaviour of nurses was really good. They came on time every day when my mom was admitted. But for re-embursement the reception staff didn't support well. Also the behaviour of the Pharmacist was too rude like a tipical Sarkari Babu. He was talking to old people very rudely. When we depositted our bills to him for re-embursement he refused to check documents and said 15 din baad aana agar koi galti hogi to dubara file banana. Totally disturbed by his behaviour. Although Dr Raj Bahadur is Like God, he treats well to everyone. His wife is also very supportive to everyone. But Support staff is lowering the repo of such a good Hospital. It should be improved. Also there should be a complaint box in hospital. Private room is very nice and clean. Food provided is good except chapati.

I had gone to the centre for examination by Dr.Raj Bahadur. But on reaching the centre I came to know that he was on leave. This was disappointing that l despite prior appointment I could not meet him.They should have intimated about leave so that l could have rescheduled the appointment.Otherwise the experience was good.The doctor I met was very good.He examined me very thoroughly and gave me good advice

I had booked the appointment but after reading the reviews i am not planning now. I am worried after treatment/ surgery again i have to wait for 45 days waiting for appointment. 45 days is an standard waiting time. Till now visited once and found that staff at reception and even security guard is quite rude, they should go a serious training program for public dealing

Pathetic. Tf I've to wait for almost 3 hrs only to know that the doctor was performing an operation, they should block the appointments for the day in which the doctor is having busy schedule. I wish this place could close soon so nobody could waste their time.

Clean disciplined hospital. You have to first book an appointment online in order to see a doctor. You can visit the official website and make an appointment for yourself by just paying a consultation fee of 50rs. Many people were not aware of this and hence they were not entertained by the hospital staff. Well, if they have made a policy, at least they are strictly following it. I like that.
