Regenta Resort Aranyaani Pench - Resort hotel in Turiya, Kohka - Seoni, India

Very calm place for all those who love a ride out of their daily works. Peaceful experience, no disturbance at all of any kind. It's a good resort for weekend stay. Rooms are lavish. Overall a best property for couple of days stay.

This place claims to be a 5 star property by a Receptionist and 4 star property by the Hotel Manger. But sadly its just a resort with maximum of 2 star. Reason for this negative review. 1. No intercom or telephone in room 2. No Entertainment in the room, in our villa there was TV in 1 room and other room was not having TV. 3. There is no wifi access. 4. The property us full of Leaves all over the place, I guess it is never cleaned at all. 5. There is no access to restaurant from the room via communication device like phone or intercom so If you want anything in your room you have to call manager from your own phone. 6. 4 star and 5 star has great amenities which I didn't found in this property. 7. We were on the corporate trip but still I went and asked reception for the Tariff, and, I was shocked to here the prices. 15,000 Rs for 1 double occupancy room with Breakfast lunch and dinner and if you book 4 BHK villa it will cost 45,000 per villa per night for maximum 8 peoples and 3 BHK villa 35,000 per night for 6 peoples. 8. Tariff is totally foolish and does not justify the property's amenities at all. 9. Doors of the rooms are ordinary, not even a single lock is Electronic. Our room was on ground floor who's bathroom was not attached to the room, also the lock of the our bathroom's door wasn't getting locked. 10. Property is located at an isolated place which doesn't even have a road to reach, all the road upto the resort is kaccha road only that also not demarkated as a road. 11. Swimming Pool is not clean, thousands and thousands of insects inside the pool and with their wings inside the pool. Lot of leaves from trees were floating inside the pool. Pros 1. Food is very very good. Chef is great. 2. Restaurant staff is extremely careful and well trained. 3. Villa concept resort, yellow bamboo plantation. 4. 24 hours hot water water in bathroom. Think 500 times with before booking this property.

I visited with a group of old friends for a reunion and we stayed in a lodge with four bedrooms. It was clean, toilets were good, rooms were good. There was a good sized sitting area and an open plan kitchen downstairs with a very convenient sit-out. There is a restaurant serving all lodges a two minute walk away within the resort premises. We had dinner and breakfast there and were served well. The staff kept us well supplied with a variety of snacks and finger food through the evening at the lodge, all of which was tasty and well made and delivered in decent time. There is a swimming pool shared by all lodges which we did not have the time to try out but it looked good for a casual dip. There was also a sports room which didn't seem to be much in use and was quite ramshackle and dusty. While the lodge and restaurant were well maintained, the surrounds appeared to be in a slight state of decay and could do with sprucing up. There was also an irritating tendency to ask for payment for every food item ordered rather than billing at the end. Not sure if this is down to adverse customer experience in the past but this is not a deal breaker in any way. Staff were well mannered and courteous. Access is good, site is way- marked well from the highway. Took us about an hour and half from Nagpur on very very decent roads. We did not try the safari. Overall, it is a decent place for a night or two which I imagine is the average length of stay for most people at a wild life reserve. Could do with a little smartening up on the outside. Would recommend for parties or groups of six to eight people.

This resort is very very expensive we just order 4 omlett they charge 1000 Rsand service is also not so good please think about it who so planning to visit this resort. And they compare their resort with Taj Mumbai hotel what a joke very nice

Good Food, Best Stay and Fantastic location what all you want. staff are very cooperative and deliver best services. Villas are excellent and near to Turiya Gate.
