It took them three tries to give me a room that has a working tap. A very underwhelming experience. The lady at the reception doesn't seem to care what room is alloted to someone. It was only after speaking to their shift manager Mr John did I get an acceptable room. The floor 7 doesn't have rooms that function well. The food was good.

-dont know language other than tamil. - only one guy understand language other than tamil. - staff is supportive - outside food is allow - Morning breakfast is Little good but compare to Other REGENTA it is low quality. - All staffs are supportive - Rooms are not upto mark like what comes in mind when we think of REGENTA, and what actually there is very different

Below average hotel and room service was bad. Rusted kettle and uncleaned toilets. Not a good choice for family. Breakfast and lunch was really good.

Stayed in Regenta Central Deccan for 02 Nights...Comfortable stay with elaborated complimentary Buffet Breakfast which was soo good. They have Buffet for Lunch and Dinner too. Staffs are very attentive and friendly. Overall it was a memorable stay

Horrible experience Booked the hotel since it was close to the US consulate During our frist visit for the biometric, though the room was old, it was spacious and cleanliness was bearable hence booked it during our second trip for the vis interview This time got a smaller room , the flush was not working, had to wrestle with the plugh point to charge my mobile and the bed was horrible and dirty. Awful experience certainly not 3 star or 4 starr hotel per the description I would definitely not recommend this at all

This is a third class hotel not 3 star. They don't even provide the complimentary water bottles unless asked. The corridor reeks of the smell of cigarettes. There was virtually no housekeeping - the floor was never cleaned, bedsheets were dirty and never changed, the bathroom and the washbasin were never cleaned, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. All the housekeeping staff did was take away the doormat cloth and my soap from the bathroom. Exorbitant prices for everything from laundry to tea. The only good thing is the average complimentary breakfast and the elevator. Better to stay in a lodge than at this hotel unless you really want to waste a huge sum of money.

I am writing this mail to express my experience today in your hotel. I had made reservation see below for checkin Aug 3rd and checkout Aug 4th as per the booking in your website. I had also confirmed by calling your front desk one day before, which they have confirmed as well. When I checked in at around 4pm today your front desk person just checked me in. Then all of a sudden I got a call around 8pm, asking me to check out... Stating that it is some? Day use room.. I just checked out and booked in another hotel with great difficulty. Being a Doctor and having operated from today morning to evening, you have put me to a great deal of difficulty today by your clerical error from your side and not informing the guest correctly. I have hardly stayed in your hotel for 3hrs... The rooms look very shabby, bad smell in the room and bathrooms are also not good. Worst place to stay.
